THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a highly qualified and entrepreneurial Director to join the team on the ground floor as we build our third brand 100% in-house. Brand 3 will be a medical-grade skincare offering that leverages our technology platform to deliver a differentiated product to consumers. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to bring the Brand 3 vision to life—to define and set strategy, plan, prioritize, build, and execute. You will work dynamically from ideation through launch, working cross-functionally across multiple workstreams to deliver on the brand’s strategic objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Build product strategy and roadmap – analyze competitive landscape, identify opportunities for disruption and whitespace, design product suite & define where to play / how to win
- Own end-to-end new product development for multiple products in our medical-grade skincare line – including product positioning, product selection, formulation R&D, packaging, and commercialization
- Become the in-house expert on new categories and capabilities, responsible for zero-defect research & analysis, communicating insights, and building lasting knowledge for the full organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization—including data science, tech product, and marketing—and drive process forward to bring products to life
- Own relationships with key external stakeholders including suppliers, third-party service providers, and contract labor responsible for brand launch
- Work closely with senior leadership to execute against the company’s strategic objectives
WHO YOU ARE:
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth start-up, or similar high-intensity role
- A self-starter with a desire to win – exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity & solving complex problems
- High level of individual ownership and personal accountability, with a mindset of getting things done and driving process forward without supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage many different stakeholders internally and externally
- A “doer” and a leader – willing to get hands dirty in execu_on while maintaining a strategic mindset
- Strong analytical skills with a bias for insights and result
Base Salary Range:
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, ODDITY reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $90K-125K.
